Transferring, selling, or renting an account to any other person is strictly prohibited. The account is entirely personal and non-transferable.

2.3 Updating Registration Details

If any personal information changes (mobile number, payment method, etc.), the account must be updated immediately. tk99 will not be responsible for any delayed or failed transactions caused by outdated information.

3. Age Limit and Identity Verification

tk99 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete.

If a person creates an account with a false age and it is later proven that they are under 21, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

4. Account Security and Password

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase during identity verification or anti-fraud screening.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• The same person or household cannot claim the welcome bonus more than once.

6.2 VIP Program and Cashback

The tk99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback applies to the total net loss for that week.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
