How Weekly Cashback Works
tk99 VIP cashback is calculated at the end of each week. Your total winnings for the week are subtracted from your total losses to arrive at a net loss figure, and your current level's cashback rate is applied to that amount.
For example, if your net loss for the week is ৳10,000, a Bronze member receives ৳40, a Silver member ৳80, a Gold member ৳110, and a Platinum member ৳150.
Cashback is added directly to your account balance. The entire transaction process — including deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad or Rocket — is simple and fast.
Whether you play regularly in tk99's slots section or in the live casino, every bet counts toward your weekly cashback calculation.

How to Move to a Higher Level
Progress in the tk99 VIP program depends on your regular activity. No single large deposit is required — your level rises as you continue playing consistently.
-
Start at Bronze — new members are automatically placed at the Bronze level and are eligible for cashback from the very first week.
-
Keep betting regularly — staying active in the casino, cricket betting, or any other section keeps your progress tracked.
-
Maintain consistency — being more active in a given week increases the chance of a level upgrade. Regular participation over multiple weeks is the most effective approach.
-
Automatic review — tk99 evaluates your activity at set intervals and moves eligible members to higher levels.
-
Platinum goal — to receive the maximum 1.5% cashback, sustained long-term participation is the main route. There is no fixed turnover threshold; overall activity is what counts.
Special Benefits for VIP Members
Beyond cashback, tk99 VIP members enjoy a number of special benefits that are not available on standard accounts.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed on a priority basis. Funds typically reach bKash, Nagad or Rocket within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Exclusive Promotional Offers
Higher-tier VIP members receive special offers beyond the regular promotions, which are not available to standard members.
Priority Support
Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bangla and English. VIP members' questions and issues are resolved first.
Participation in Special Events
Platinum and Gold members receive invitations to tk99's special events and tournaments, where there are opportunities to win additional prizes.
Secure Account Management
Your account is protected through SSL encryption and advanced security measures. The account verification process is also simpler for VIP members.
Weekly Cashback Guarantee
If you have a net loss in any week, cashback is guaranteed. No extra conditions need to be met — cashback is added directly to your balance.
Enjoy Cashback Responsibly
tk99 VIP cashback is a reward system — it is not a reason to play more. Placing extra bets in the hope of earning cashback is never a sound decision. Receiving cashback each week does not mean that losing more leads to greater gain.
Play within your means. Playing for entertainment and playing to recover losses are two entirely different things. Reading the responsible gaming guidelines will show you how to enjoy yourself within safe limits.
A higher VIP level does not guarantee more winnings. Cashback simply returns a small portion of your weekly net losses — it is a tool for reducing costs, not a way to increase profit.
